Position Summary
Data Affect is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to help build out the foundational elements of a data governance program by turning complex governance concepts into practical and applicable solutions that help our business partners understand the value of good data governance practice. You’ll be responsible for helping to drive the adoption of governance practices in the form of metadata management, data transformation and validation, data ownership, and membership on working councils that will make you a trusted partner in the stewardship of critical data for the organization.
Data Governance Analysts: Ashburn, VA (Master's or equiv. w/1 yrs. exp or suitable qualifications)
Req. work exp. in configuring, customizing & implementing Collibra;
automate data management process;
Data Lineage assessment & documentation;
Data Quality (Control & Rule);
& work/w: Collibra, MS Visio, IBM's IGC (Information Governance Catalog), JIRA, & Kanban.
Relocation & travel to unanticipated locations is possible.
