Position Summary

With input from our middle market clients and stakeholders, we have developed a road map that outlines the critical steps. One key role to implement this roadmap is our Software Developer Engineer - Testing.

Essential Functions:

• Manage various automation engagements, and teams and collate the ideas to develop best practices, and test automation solutions for projects.

• Manage test automation framework codes, test suites, and test scripts in version control system, Responsible for project testing deliverables by actively participating in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings, provide detailed status reports of sprint deliverables to the stakeholders and getting it signed off.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing various custom features of automation framework using Playwrite and Cucumber Tool for Business Driven Development and CI/CD approach.
• Responsible for Create Test plans and test cases, Tracking user stories, and tasks, reporting test failures, Create Defects and tracking to closure using Agile/QA management tool, Proactive risk analysis, designing, and reviewing test strategy and test plan.
• Ownership of managing work between team and mentor automation team on automation best practices by performing periodic code reviews with the team.
